How do I use Bilby Smoothe™?

Charge the device with the included USB cable, choose the attachment you need (the large sanding disc for feet, or the nail attachment with a sanding band for nails), switch it on, and move it gently over the area. No need to press hard - the device does the work for you. It can be used on dry skin. Finish with your favorite moisturizer.

Does it hurt?

Not at all. Bilby Smoothe™ is designed to gently buff away only dry, hardened skin without touching the healthy skin underneath. Most customers describe the feeling as comfortable and even relaxing.

When will I see results?

Right from the first use. Rough, dry skin is smoothed away immediately, leaving your feet feeling softer and looking better cared for. With regular use, results keep improving.

How often should I replace the sanding discs?

It depends on how often you use the device. Each disc lasts for several treatments - when you feel it becoming less effective, simply replace it with a fresh one. Replacement discs are available in our store.

Is the device cordless?

Yes. Bilby Smoothe™ runs on a rechargeable battery, so you can use it anywhere without being tied to an outlet. A USB charging cable is included in the box.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship within the United States, and standard shipping is free on every order. Orders are prepared in 3-5 business days and delivery takes about 6-12 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 10-20 business days. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Every order is covered by our 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. See our refund policy for details.
