Track Order
How to track your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after the shipping label is created.
To follow your package:
- Find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
- Click the tracking link in that email, or paste your tracking number into a global tracker such as 17track.net.
Most orders arrive within 10-20 business days of purchase. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, email us at getbilby@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
