Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. We prepare your order in 3-5 business days, and delivery takes about 6-12 business days after it ships. In total, most orders arrive within 10-20 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs checks, holidays, or bad weather can sometimes add a few days.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after the label is created.

Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at getbilby@gmail.com. We can't change the address after the order has shipped.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, email us with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
